Semi-automatic test systems for armatures and stators
Compact. Precise. Flexible.
Reliable testing devices for electromagnetic components
The semi-automatic measuring systems of the AKL and AKG series are specifically designed for testing the electromagnetic properties of armatures and stators. They are suitable for use in production, quality assurance, development, and laboratory operations.
Industry 4.0-compliant traceability in the AKG
Thanks to integrable marking options, the AKG offers seamless process reliability and complete traceability. This ensures compliance with all the requirements of modern Industry 4.0 environments.
Wide range of applications
Our test systems reliably test armatures and stators from a wide range of areas—from robust truck starters to high-precision small components, such as those used in dentistry or precision engineering. This makes them particularly versatile in their application.
One system for armatures and stators
A single measuring system enables both types of components to be tested. The range of products that can be tested is constantly being expanded and can be flexibly adapted to individual requirements – ideal for manufacturers with diverse production lines.
Technology for efficiency and precision
The core component of each of our testing systems is a measurement board developed in-house, which enables precise data acquisition and evaluation within a few seconds. This allows even large quantities to be processed efficiently.
Tool-free test probe adapter replacement
Product-specific contacts ensure secure mechanical fixation and stable electrical contact. The test-specific heads can be replaced without tools, which minimizes setup times and increases system availability.

Software & measurement process – Automated. Secure. Traceable.
Efficient testing process with high user-friendliness
The measurement process is designed for maximum efficiency and ease of use. The appropriate test specimen type is selected from a setup database. After inserting the test specimen and closing the protective cover, the test starts automatically—without any further operator intervention.
Flexible test modes for different requirements lexible
Depending on the application, three test modes are available::
- Full inspection Execution of all test specimen-specific configured measurements
- Diagnostic mode for targeted error analysis of individual measurements
- Reference check to validate measurement accuracy
These options enable precise adaptation to your requirements in production, quality assurance, or development.
Clear test results with safety-related feedback
The test result is automatically displayed as GOOD or BAD::
- If the result is GOOD, the hinge protection opens automatically and the test specimen can be removed immediately.
- In the case of BAD, manual acknowledgment is required. The conscious intervention of the operator increases operational safety and supports error documentation.
Optional marking for traceability
A marking system can be integrated to further increase process reliability. This enables each tested part to be clearly marked, ensuring complete traceability—a key component of Industry 4.0-compliant manufacturing processes.
